Arrests
  • Nickavez Trevon Miller, age 20, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for assault on a female and damage to personal property. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Sherry Lynn Thompson, age 28, of JM Lovelace Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession of schedule IV and possession of a controlled substance in a correctional institution. She received a $3,500 secured bond.
  • Craig Alan Guess, Jr., age 37, of US Hwy 221S in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule IV and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $3,500 secured bond.
  • Jeremy Scott Davis, age 23, of Summey St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule VI and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Charles Travis Stuart, age 50, of Bostic Sunshine Hwy, was arrested on a warrant for communicating threats. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Kristina Leean Gunter, age 36, of Indiana St. in Spindale, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Brandi Lynn Reyes, age 25, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received $2,000 secured bond.
  • Jason Allen Thompson, age 38, of Brooks Rd. in Bostic, was arrested for second degree trespassing, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Charles Pool, age 39, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for assault and battery. No bond.
  • Crissy Henson Biddy, age 43, of Wall St. in Mooresboro, was arrested for habitual larceny. She received a $15,000 secured bond.
  • Chassidy Danielle Justice, age 33, of Amity Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Dakotah Graham Jenkins, age 21, of Dellinger Rd. in Shelby, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • James Carlton Selvey, age 24, of Utah St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Najavias Keon Anderson, age 28, of Anderson, SC, was served with a criminal summons for larceny. No bond.
