Incidents

Arrests
  • John Leroy Robinson, age 61, of Elk Mtn. Scenic Hwy. in Asheville, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Lawrence David Bradley, age 49, of Byers Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license revoked. He received an $800 secured bond.
  • Leondre Lopez Grier, age 48, of Angila St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Reno Faheem Markeese Avery, age 24, of Smith St. in Forest City, arrested on a warrant for communicating threats. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Daniel Aaron Feldman, age 28, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for communicating threats. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Josey Cheyenne Dunaway, age 18, of US Hwy 221A in Mooresboro, was cited for consuming alcohol underage. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Tiffany Marie Kelley, age 17, of Hines Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for possession of schedule VI controlled substance and provisional licensee. She received a custody release.
  • John Arthur McKinney, age 42, of Old Stonecutter Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Shana Breean Lopez, age 28, of Commercial Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Keith Paul Summerford, age 36, of Fairplains Church St. in North Wilkesboro, was cited for possession of an open container in a passenger area. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Daniel Aaron Feldman, age 28, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Antarious Quashard Byers, age 23, of Second St. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female and damage to property. He received a 48 hour hold.
