Incidents
  • An employee of Duke Power reported an incident of damage to property.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule IV, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI and possession of schedule II.
  • Ollie McDaniel reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
  • Glenn Rector reported an incident of common law robbery.

Arrests
  • Tahayran Shieen Gray, age 22, of Brewer Hollow Dr. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule IV, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI and possession of schedule II. He received a $45,000 secured bond.
  • Destiny Ann Murray, age 20, of Pleasant St. in Spindale, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule IV, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI and possession of schedule II. She received a $25,000 secured bond.
  • Shondell William Beam, age 37, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
