Incidents

Arrests
  • Joshua Scott Gibson, age 35, of US Hwy 221S in Rutherfordton, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Kristie Penland Hughes, age 45, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • James Davis Melton, age 26, of Poplar St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. No bond.
  • Tina Renee Allen, age 50, of Third St. in Forest City, was arrested for habitual larceny. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Rashad Demico Young, age 26, of Sycamore St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $750 secured bond.
  • Angela Marie Beck, age 42, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Trey Anthony McEntire, age 24, of Big Springs Avenue in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
