Arrests
  • James Edward Wright, age 69, of 2nd St. in Forest City, was cited for leash law violation. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Timothy Darrell Davis, age 60, of W. Main St. in Spindale, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury. He received a $50,000 secured bond.
  • Ronnie Eugene Bradley, age 48, of N. Old US 221 in Rutherfordton, was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Megan Leigh Lussier, age 26, of S. Magnolia St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Billy Lewis Hamrick, age 36, of Morrow Motor Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay child support. He received a $250 cash bond.
  • Brian Cecil Souther, age 27, of Pinehurst Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on warrants for four counts of failure to appear. He received a $35,500 secured bond.
  • Jason Troy Mothershead, age 32, of Davie Dr. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule IV controlled substance. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Stephen David Inscho, age 22, of Race path Church Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on a fugitive warrant from Missouri. He received a $50,000 secured bond.
  • Justin Brice Franklin, age 43, of Roberson Creek Church Rd. in Bostic, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay child support. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
