• Amy Stup reported an incident of larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of assault on a female, assault with a deadly weapon and felonious restraint.
• Glenn Davis reported an incident of simple assault.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of assault on a child under 12.
• Juneitha Quarles reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of the Town of Forest City reported an incident of credit card fraud.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana.

Arrests

• Kyle Ray Bess, age 31, of Church St. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female, assault with a deadly weapon and felonious restraint. He is being held without bond.
• Deborah Davis Carson, age 65, of Doggett Grove Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for simple assault. She received a written promise to appear.
• Shaquille Tyson Watkins, age 25, of Johnson St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of marijuana. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
• Lee Anthony Logan, age 25, of Line Dr. in Forest City, was cited for driving while license revoked, fictitious tag and no insurance. He received a written promise to appear.
