Incidents
  • Wendy Potter reported an incident of found property.
  • Carrie Carpenter reported an incident of larceny by employee.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of larceny, second degree trespassing, and possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Gilbert)
  • Lydia Fulton reported an incident of credit card fraud.
  • An employee of Dollar General reported an incident of larceny. (See arrest of Allen)
  • Kimberly Byars reported an incident of credit card fraud.

Arrests
  • Stevie Wayne Swanger, age 64, of Jessica Lane in Forest City, was arrested for DWI. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Kasey Marie Gilbert, age 24, of S. River Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for larceny, second degree trespassing, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $100 secured bond.
  • Brandy Jo Allen, age 40, of Firpo Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny. She received a $500 secured bond.
  • Charles Steven Ferguson II, age 30, of N. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for breaking and entering a motor vehicle and larceny. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
