Arrests
  • Brian Wayne Wood, age 35, of Harris Henrietta Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for shoplifting and also charged with resisting arrest. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Brandon Marquis Hamilton, age 32, of Wells Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for failure to pay child support. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • David Christopher Shuler, age 28, of Ellenboro Henrietta Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Iykiemie Hasson Franklin, age 23, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested for trafficking opium, maintaining a vehicle for drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $53,000 secured bond.
  • Sherry Denise Smith, age 51, of Chapman Rd. in Forest City, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
  • David Howard Hughes, age 51, of Piney Mtn. Church Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
  • Blaire Anne Crawford, age 27, of Liberty Hill Church Rd. in Union Mills, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear and first degree trespassing. She received a $500 secured bond.
  • Demitri Lamar Williams, age 17, of Dillashaw Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of marijuana and accessory after the fact. He received a $20,000 secured bond.
  • Akeil Kelis Omar Franklin, age 17, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering. He received a $25,000 secured bond.
