Incidents

• Ricardo Martinez reported an incident of lost property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of DWI and failure to report an accident.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of resisting a public officer.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of malicious conduct by a prisoner, damage to personal property, resisting arrest, impeding traffic and boisterous shouting.
• An employee of GT Transport reported an incident of larceny by employee.
• James Walker reported an incident of assault inflicting serious injury, damage to property and simple assault.
• An employee of Collins Metal reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses and possession of stolen goods.
• An employee of National Tire & Battery reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests

• Lori Lynn Bradley, age 41, of NC Hwy 108 in Rutherfordton, was arrested for DWI and failure to report an accident. She received a custody release.
• Prema Jyoti Benson, age 38, of Davis Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for malicious conduct by a prisoner, damage to personal property, resisting arrest, impeding traffic and boisterous shouting. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
