Arrests

• Joshua Kyle Lawter, age 34, of Polk County Line Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license revoked. He received a written promise to appear.
• Megan Danielle Bennett, age 29, of Lake Lure Hwy in Bat Cave, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
