Incidents

• An employee of B&D Pawn reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Taylor Connor reported an incident of a dog bite.
• Jamal Gray reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
• Dana Lovelace reported an incident of larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule III.

Arrests

• Ashley Nicole Bailey, age 28, of Maryland St. in Spindale, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 secured bond.
• Ashley Jean Shay, age 34, of Summit Ct. in Lake Lure, was arrested for possession of schedule III, seatbelt violation, reckless driving, failure to register vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, open container of alcohol in the passenger area, driving while license revoked and improper us on a dealer tag. She received a $3,000 secured bond.
