- Melissa Marie Hollifield, age 35, of Pete Brittain Rd. in Morganton, was arrested for larceny, resisting arrest, second degree trespassing and served with warrants for identity theft and obtaining property by false pretenses. She received a $20,000 secured bond.
- Roy Albert Hettrick, age 33, of Branch St. in Mooresboro, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
