Incidents

• Amy Dobbins reported an incident of attempted breaking and entering.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of disseminating harmful material to minors.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of indecent exposure.
• Darling Reuther reported an incident of fraud.
• An employee of Ingles reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests

• Jerry Calvin Self, age 47, of Creekwood Trail in Bostic, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Andrew Lester Hamilton, age 48, of Bentwood Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for indecent exposure. He received a custody release.
• Austin Tanner Sparks, age 29, West St. in Spindale, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
• Archie Carlton Miller, age 59, of Maryland Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for first degree trespassing. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Neil Randall Cuthbertson, age 33, of Cassidy Dr. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for larceny. He received a $500 secured bond.
