Incidents

• An employee of Lipscomb Signs reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of Hampton Inn reported an incident of defrauding the inn keeper.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of second degree trespassing and resisting arrest.

Arrests

• Jimmy Dean Couch, age 57, of Groce St. in Forest City, was arrested for aid and abet second degree trespassing. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
• Raymond William Odell, age 42, of Pine Knoll in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
• Sarah Elizabeth Odell, age 25, of Rock Rd .in Rutherfordton, was arrested for second degree trespassing and resisting arrest. She received a $3,000 secured bond.
• Jonathon Lee Reece, age 16, of Poors Ford Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
