Incidents

• Brandee Gash reported an incident of vandalism.
• Roy Wright reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny of medication.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

• Mona Lisa Arrowood, age 41, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
