Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of DWI, consume alcohol while driving, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Johanna Allen reported an incident of larceny of a firearm.
• Michael Jones reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of breaking and entering and tampering with a water meter.
• Vivian Champion reported an incident of exploitation of a disabled/elder adult.

Arrests

• Ronald William Griffis, age 21, of Hudlow Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for DWI, consume alcohol while driving, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
• Gregory Scott Sisk, age 55, of Hoyle Dr.in Bostic, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $200 cash bond.
• Becky Lee Ray, age 37, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on misdemeanor larceny and also served with a criminal summons. She received a $250 secured bond.
• Cecil Perry Butler II, age 34, of Mountain Lake Rd. in Bostic, was arrested for breaking and entering. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
