  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license revoked and felony hit and run.
  • Brittany Cole reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • An employee of Forest City Housing Authority reported an incident of damage to property.
  • Robert Hamrick reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests
  • Diane Elise Toney, age 30, of Harmon St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
