Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of second degree trespassing.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of attempting to purchase a malt beverage while underage.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of second degree trespassing.
• An employee of Ingles reported an incident of shoplifting.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license revoked and providing false information to an officer.

Arrests

• Shaquille Tyjuan Wilkins, age 25, of Johnson St. in Spindale, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Sarah Elizabeth Odell, age 25, of Rock Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for second degree trespassing. She received a $500 secured bond.
• Raymond William Odell, age 42, of Pine Knoll in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Joseph John Hettrick, age 31, of Hines Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Christopher Kenneth Humphries, age 24, of Andy Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license revoked and providing false information to an officer. He received a $23,000 secured bond.
• Melissa Stevens Ramsey, age 45, of Hester Mill Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
