• An employee of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of disorderly conduct.
• Paul Caulford reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of littering.
• An employee of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of Resist obstruct & delay.
• Taylor Weaver reported an incident of Breaking & Entering.

• Alexis Nicole Morgan, age 25, of Monfredo St in Rutherfordton, was arrested for disorderly conduct. She received a $1000 unsecured bond.
• Timothy Scott Canup, age 44, of W Church St in Forest City, was cited for littering. He received a written promise to appear.
• Alexander Blake Carroll, age 16, of Wilkins St in Forest City, was cited for Resist Obstruct & Delay. He received a written promise to appear.
