Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of shoplifting.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of a controlled substance inside of a detention facility.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
• Pamela Bradley reported an incident of assault on a female and second degree kidnapping.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine.
• An employee of Dollar General reported an incident of shoplifting.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of failure to appear and driving while license revoked.

Arrests

• Celeste Marie Downing, age 48, of Peachtree St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Melissa Dyanne Garmon, age 28, of E. Main St. in Spindale, was cited for shoplifting. She received a written promise to appear.
• Arianne Elizabeth Ellis, age 22, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance inside of a detention facility. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Dwight Joseph Bradley, age 44, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female and second degree kidnapping and communicating threats. He received a 48 hour hold.
• Arianne Elizabeth Ellis, age 22, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Richard Anthony Bright, age 45, of Goode Rd. in Forest City, was served with a show cause order. No bond.
• Cody Dale Hollifield, age 23, of Chase High Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and driving while license revoked. He received a $500 secured bond.
