Arrests
  • Marie Lee Wesley, age 54, of First St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for injury to personal property. No bond.
  • Ksenia Vladimirovna Balkin, age 34, of Cherry Mtn. St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Bryson Rashaud Palmer, age 27, of Beaver St. in Forest City, was arrested for boisterous shouting and carrying a concealed weapon. He received written promise to appear.
  • Brett Damian Hames, age 23, of State Line Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received $20,000 secured bond.
  • Terry Wayne Norris Jr., age 27, of Collett St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for second degree trespassing and also served with a warrant for larceny. He received $1,000 secured bond.
