• Kandi Hobday reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.

Arrests

• Carl Mackey Shelton, age 76, of Mooresboro, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
• Paul Charles Green, age 38, of Harris Lee Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
