Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Briscoe)
• An employee of Broadway Tire reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of Aldi reported an incident of larceny. (See arrest of Wright)
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of trafficking methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintain a dwelling for drugs. (See arrests of Davidge, Dowling and Radford)

Arrests

• Leanna Shae Briscoe, age 19, of Georgia Ave. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
• Arron Lashawn Wright, age 24, of Petty Rd. in Kingstown, NC, was arrested for larceny and also served with two warrants for failure to appear. He received a $10,500 secured bond.
• Tony O'Neil Lowrance, age 24, of Groce St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for assault on a female, injury to personal property and interfering with emergency communications. He received written promise to appear.
• Robert John Davidge, age 43, of Edgewood Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for trafficking methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintain a dwelling for drugs. He received a $30,000 secured bond.
• Phillip Oneal Dowling, age 50, of Lake View Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Christine Nicole Radford, age 28, of Hogan Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. She received a $10,000 unsecured bond.
