Incidents

• Anthony Brown reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a public officer.
• Jonathon Kreeger reported an incident of breaking and entering.
• An employee of Mighty Dollar reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests

• Steven Brock McGinnis, age 38, of McGinnis Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,400 secured bond.
• Jeremy Ryan Padgett, age 31, of Phillips St. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Julie Elizabeth Biggerstaff, age 30, of Deen Ave. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
