  • An employee of the Town of Forest City reported an incident of larceny of utilities.
  • Drexel Greene reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon.
  • Staley Thompson reported an incident of larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of larceny by removing an anti-theft device, assault on a public officer, resisting a public officer, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and malicious conduct by a prisoner.

Arrests
  • Trevelle Daniel Lee Shade, age 23, of Gail Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while license revoked, no insurance and fictitious tag. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Ashley Louise McDowell, age 29, of Sherrill St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny of utilities. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Jodeci Okeith Foster, age 27, of Sherrill St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny of utilities. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Janay Lacole Greene, age 31, of Piney Mtn. Church Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Christopher Byion Hines, age 34, of Hamilton St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Joseph Bradford Walker, age 30, of Beheler Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny by removing an anti-theft device, assault on a public officer, resisting a public officer, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and malicious conduct by a prisoner. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
  • Horace Sanford Hester, Jr., age 48, of Allen Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Horace Sanford Hester III, age 25, of Allen Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of cocaine. He received an $8,000 secured bond.
  • Shoshanna Linnette Brown, age 36, of Alabama St. in Spindale, was served with a criminal summons for violation of a school attendance law. No bond.
  • Larry Donald Cash, age 66, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a custody release.
