  • Michelle Hamilton reported an incident of simple assault.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired and open container after consuming.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests
  • Enadria Garcia, age 25, of Pine St. in Forest City, was arrested for simple assault. She received a custody release.
  • Tammy Dee Osborne, age 58, of Big Island Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for driving while impaired and open container after consuming. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Joyce Buchanan McKinney, age 61, of Missionary Plantation Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Cody Dale Hollifield, age 25, of Geneva Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
