Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, simple assault, kidnapping and felonious restraint.
• Pamela Bradley reported an incident of a runaway juvenile.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of underage consumption of alcohol and open container after consuming.

Arrests

• Heath Chase McSwain, age 18, of Nix Rd. in Forest City, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol. He received a written promise to appear.
• Nicholas Claude McDaniel, age 18, of Oakland Heights Rd. in Spindale, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol. He received a written promise to appear.
