Incidents

  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of inhaling fumes for intoxication.
  • Charles Smith reported an incident of credit card fraud.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession f schedule VI and warrant service.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of discharging a firearm inside the city limits and damage to real property.

 

Arrests

  • Wendy Patricia Jamison, age 42, of Ferry Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for inhaling fumes for intoxication. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • De’Shawn Marquis Phillips, age 28, of E. Second St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on warrants for two counts of failure to appear. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
  • Ivory Ann Crouch, age 38, of Oakland Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for two counts of possession of schedule VI. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
