Incidents

• Vickie Canipe reported an incident of discharging a firearm inside the city limits, damage to personal property and assault with a firearm.
• Sherry Davidson reported an incident of breaking and entering and damage to property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of disorderly conduct.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while license revoked and resisting arrest.

Arrests

• Justin Doty, age 32, of Woodburn Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering and damage to property. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Shannon Marie Foster, age 33, of Old US 221A in Mooresboro, was arrested for disorderly conduct. She received a custody release.
• Aries Dafreedom Kee, age 20, of Roberson Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while license revoked and resisting arrest. He received a $4,000 secured bond.
• Robin Lynn Moore, age 39, of Clay St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also served with a criminal summons. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
• James Taylor Elliott, age 22, of N. Meridian St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant. He received a $50,000 secured bond.
• Johnathan Wade Hardin, age 24, of Big Springs Ave. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
