Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and discharging a firearm into an occupied motor vehicle.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of discharging a firearm inside of the city limits.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of heroin and possession of methamphetamine.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule IV and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired, possession of schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

• Shaquille Marshon Francis, age 26, of E. Miller St. in Spindale, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, discharging a firearm into an occupied motor vehicle and discharging a firearm inside of the city limits. He received a $1,000,000 secured bond.
• Tracy L. Teal, Jr., age 38, of Overlook Avenue in Forest City, was cited for discharging a firearm inside of the city limits. He received a written promise to appear.
• Cynthia Renee Wiggins, age 48, of Bradley Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession of heroin and possession of methamphetamine. She received a $5,000 unsecured bond.
• Asian Brooke Jefferies, age 28, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired, possession of schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
