- An employee of Arby's reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses and uttering a forged instrument.
- An employee of Burke's Outlet reported an incident of larceny.
- April Batchelor reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
- An employee of Ingles reported an incident of larceny and damage to property.
- An employee of Quality Plus reported an incident of larceny of motor fuel.
Arrests
- Donny Tray Ruff, age 50, of Grassy Knob Rd. in Mill Spring, was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon. He received a $500 secured bond.
- Racquel Lovett Dewberry, age 24, of Thermal Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 secured bond.
- Edgar Enrique Gonzalez, age 26, of Coopertown Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for being drunk and disruptive. He received a $500 secured bond.
- Laura Alston Millwater, age 29, of Mockingbird Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $265 secured bond.
- Harvey Eugene Harris Jr., age 32, of McArthur St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
- Iasia Nicole Batchelor, age 31, of Landis St. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny of a motor vehicle. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
- Brian Al Harris, age 49, of Seaboard Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for larceny and damage to property. He received a written promise to appear.
