Incidents
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny and second degree trespassing.

Arrests
  • Nelson Emuel Montgomery, Jr., age 41, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Roger Charles Ledford, age 45, of Hillbrook Dr. in Bostic, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Shequan Steven Bradford, age 23, of Rembert, SC, was arrested on a fugitive of justice warrant. He received a $250,000 secured bond.
  • Michael Don Bolden, age 51, of Franklin Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny and second degree trespassing. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
