Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while license revoked, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule IV.
• An employee of Shoe Show reported an incident of damage to property.
• Shanikwa Miller reported an incident of damage to property.

Arrests

• Michal Jermaine Miller, age 20, of County Line Rd. in Kings Mtn., was arrested for of driving while license revoked, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Isaiah Oshawn Twitty, age 18, of Old Castle Ln. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
• Gene Thomas Finley, age 54 of Gladys Rd. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule IV. He received a written promise to appear.
• Deidre Diane Pearson, age 37, of Dedmond Rd. in Mooresboro, was cited for resisting a public officer. She received a written promise to appear.
• Keifer Jordan Copeland, age 20, of Emerald Hill in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing, resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer and consume alcohol being 20 years old. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
