Incidents

• An employee of Rutherford County DSS reported an incident of domestic abuse/neglect of disabled or elder adult.

Arrests

• Paula Duckworth Smith, age 56, of Chesnee, SC, was arrested on a warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She received a $2,500 unsecured bond.
• Celeste Marie Downing, age 49, of Peachtree St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
