Incidents

• An employee of Roses reported an incident of receiving a counterfeit bill.
• An employee of Burger King reported an incident of receiving a counterfeit bill.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of trafficking heroin and second degree trespassing.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule IV, possession of schedule VI and resisting a public officer.

Arrests

• Haley Summer Ammons, age 28, of Palms Way in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. No bond.
• Carolyn Janine Hogbin, age 54, of Big Springs Avenue in Forest City, was arrested for trafficking heroin and second degree trespassing and also served with a warrant for assault and battery. He received a $25,000 secured bond.
• Zachariah Christian Reith, age 21, of Asheville, was arrested for possession of schedule IV, possession of schedule VI and resisting a public officer. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
