Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.
• Lisa Roper reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny.
• Heather Fowler reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, larceny and a city ordinance violation.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule II, possession of schedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of stolen property.
• Ronald Davis reported an incident of an animal bite.
• An employee of Quality Plus reported an incident of larceny of motor fuel.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.

Arrests

• Cody Wayne Queen, age 26, of Railroad Circle in Mooresboro, was arrested for larceny of motor fuel, possession of weapons, possession of methamphetamine and possession of schedule II. He received a $61,000 secured bond.
• Tara Ann Florentine, age 34, of Ozzie Dr. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession of schedule VI, possession of schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
• Krystal Ann Weimer, age 30, of Spicewood Lane in Rutherfordton, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Juwan Rayford Tyner, Jr., age 28, of Gold Medallion Rd. in Bostic, was arrested for possession of schedule VI and possession of methamphetamine. He received a $25,000 unsecured bond.
• Daryal Jamichael Price, age 26, of Necktie Thompson Rd. in Bostic, was arrested for possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear. He received a $2,300 secured bond.
• Juan Carlos Paz Tinoco, age 41, of Willow Run Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for no operator's license, leaving the scene of an accident and reckless driving. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
