Incidents

  • An officer from the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of shoplifting, resisting a public officer and drunk and disruptive.
  • Ronald Crotts reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.

 

Arrests

  • Michael Scott Toms, age 56, of Arnett St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for shoplifting, resisting a public officer and drunk and disruptive. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
