Incidents

• An officer from the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An employee of Quality Plus reported an incident of larceny of gas.
• Pablo Torres-Reyes reported an incident of breaking and entering.
• Rosa Taylor reported an incident of a dog bite.
• Tawanda Flack reported an incident of assault/strangulation.
• An officer from the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired and reckless driving.

Arrests

• Kenneth Dale Bennick, age 57, of Fortune Rd. in Union Mills, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Robert Blake Gravely, age 29, of Reid St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for communicating threats. No bond.
• David Hoyle Ruppe, age 33, of Country Meadows Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a true bill of indictment. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
• Matthew Craig Self, age 28, of Bostic Sunshine Hwy. in Bostic, was arrested for driving while impaired and reckless driving. He received a written promise to appear.
