Incidents

• An officer from the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule I, possession of drug paraphernalia and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
• An officer from the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of disorderly conduct.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests

• Christian David Park Cotton, age 26, of Marion, NC, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• David Rodley Brewer, age 40, of N. Washington St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule I, possession of drug paraphernalia and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Brandi Lynn Reyes, age 26, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for disorderly conduct. She received a $500 secured bond.
• Maya Greene, age 17, of Patches Lane in Bostic, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 unsecured bond.
• Brandon Shane Burgess, age 35, of Ashley Rd. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
• Emily Sierra Bailey, age 21, of Maryland St. in Spindale, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
• Jeffery David Hoyle, age 55, of Longbranch Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for using threatening language on the phone. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
