Incidents

  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of heroin, possession of schedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia, second degree trespassing and shoplifting.
  • An employee of Ingles reported an incident of larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule VI and child abuse.
  • Stormy Dunlap reported an incident of assault on a female.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired, possession of schedule IV and possession of schedule VI.
  • Jackie Dobbins reported an incident of financial card fraud.

Arrests

  • Phillip Michael McKinney, age 30, of Conner St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 unsecured bond.
  • Amber Leann Rich, age 25, of Big Island Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of heroin, possession of schedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia, second degree trespassing and shoplifting. She received a $10,500 secured bond.
  • Naomi Louise Hamilton, age 57, of Silverplate Grill Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Christopher Blake Locke, age 26, of Inman, SC, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule VI and child abuse. He received a $25,000 secured bond.
  • Phillip Michael McKinney, age 30, of Conner St. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Caleb Gregory McGill, age 23, of Woodlawn Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired, possession of schedule IV and possession of schedule VI. He received a custody release.
  • Ruben Carlitos Maurico Lopez, age 21, of Greene Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired, speeding, reckless driving and left of center. He received a custody release.
  • Roberto Luis Alvarez, age 20, of Tryon Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested driving while impaired, driving while license revoked, probation violation, impede traffic and reckless driving. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Claude Joseph Crump, age 46, of Low Bridge Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for three counts of failure to appear and fugitive from justice. He received a $35,200 secured bond.
  • Keanthony Caveion Lowrance, age 23, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Jason Lee Arrowood, age 43, of Washington St. in Forest City, was arrested for shoplifting and second degree trespassing. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Elizabeth Pruitt Biddix, age 53, of Andy Dr. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for damage to real property and damage to personal property. No bond.
  • Shannon Odell Bradley, age 31, of Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
