Incidents

• Kaylee Piercy reported an incident of fraud.
• Sandra Gordon reported an incident of larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of solicitation of alms. (See arrest of Carswell)
• Dale Roberson reported an incident of damage to property.

Arrests

• Kimberly Michelle Martin, age 32, of Groce St. in Forest City, was arrested for resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer. She received a $5,000 unsecured bond.
• Randall Kevin Carswell, age 42, of Reid St. in Forest City, was arrested solicitation of alms. He received a custody release.
