• Randall Aebersold reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests

• Christopher Wayne Yelton, age 44, of Barbara St. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering and larceny. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
• Sarah Jessica Howell, age 18, of Bennett Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
• Tiffany Leigh Conner, age 23, of Park Dr. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
