Incidents

  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of marijuana.
  • Charles Reynolds reported an incident of damage to property.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.

 

Arrests

  • Eathan Andrew Towery, age 20, of Cane Creek Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Curtis Jeffrey Worley, age 25, of Helen’s Lane in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and also served with an indictment for felony possession of schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Bridget Nicole Hudson Dsouza, age 39, of John Hudson Rd. in Bostic, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
