Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of failure to appear, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a firearm by a felon, resist, obstruct and/or delay arrest, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking heroin and trafficking cocaine.
• Tommy Kyres reported an incident of lost or stolen property.
• An employee of the Twisted Pear reported an incident of second degree trespassing.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny and being intoxicated and disruptive.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
• Jonathon Johnson reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of going armed to the terror of the public.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule II, possession of schedule III and possession of schedule IV.
• Eric Logan reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle with larceny.

Arrests

• Robert Karon McEntire, age 29, of Spruce St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a firearm by a felon, resist, obstruct and/or delay arrest, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking heroin and trafficking cocaine. He received a $150,500 secured bond.
• Justin Daniel Queen, age 31, of Dusty Hollow Rd. in Bostic, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Tracy Lynn Duncan, age 43, of Railroad St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $3,500 secured bond.
• Michael Andrew Pass, age 38, of Clyde St. in Spindale, was arrested for larceny and being intoxicated and disruptive. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
• Tiquila Cash Logan, age 39, of Cowan St. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Teah Nicole Braun, age 26, of Cedar St. in Spindale, was arrested for possession of schedule II, possession of schedule III and possession of schedule IV. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
