Incidents

• Javan Greene reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of Personnel Services Unlimited reported an incident of larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

• Brandon Wayne Condrey, age 21, of N. Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and cited for no operator's license. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Melanie Lynch, age 32, of Conner St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
• Jonathan Lee Robinson, age 33, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
