Arrests
  • Amanda Ingle Greene, age 45, of Cherryville, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule IV. She received a $76,000 secured bond.
  • Kristin Shawn Deaton, age 38, of McSwain Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for two counts of larceny. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Jonathan Salvatore Guarriello, age 36, of N. Meridian St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for larceny and first degree trespassing. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Stephen Tylar Hoyle, age 19, of Worashan Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.

  • Oscar Kent Wright, age 39, of Charlotte, was arrested for felony possession of cocaine, DWI, and flee to elude with a motor vehicle. He received a $40,000 secured bond.
  • Anthony Jesus Lucero, age 38, of Forest Hill Dr. in Forest City, was cited for consuming alcohol in a public place. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Amanda Brooke Conner, age 30, of Old Wagy Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for child abuse. She received a $7,500 secured bond.
