Arrests

  • Joshua Edward Spratt, age 38, of S Main St in Rutherfordton, was arrested for resisting arrest and failure to appear. He received a $2500 secured bond.
  • Steven Anthony Twyman, age 34, of Reid St in Forest City, was arrested for damage to property and trespassing. He received a $2000 secured bond.
  • Courtney Leigh Adair, age 29, of Golf St in Forest City, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Stolen Vehicle. She received a $12,500 secured bond.
  • Justin Clark Millwood, age 31, of RacePath Church Rd in Mooresboro, was arreseted for Possession of Schedule II, NOL, and Failure to Appear. He received a $6000 secured bond.
  • Kenneth Vnorris Woods III, age 26, of Sunnybrook Ln in Ellenboro, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
