Incidents

  • William Wilcox reported an incident of lost/stolen property.
  • William Thompson reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of Smith’s Drug reported an incident of larceny.
  • An officer from the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of solicitation of alms.

 

Arrests

  • Dennis Roger VanDyke, age 57, of Bostic Sunshine Hwy, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Kimberly Michelle Prince, age 35, of Long St. in Rutherfordton, was served with a criminal summons for simple assault. No bond.
  • Delores Johnson Twitty, age 46, of Oscar Justice Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for solicitation of alms. She received a $500 secured bond.
