Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • An employee of Ingles reported an incident of larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a concealed weapon.
  • An employee of Insurance Service Associates reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of Butler's Pawn Shop reported an incident of fraud.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of a concealed weapon, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no operator's license, fictitious tag and no insurance.

Arrests
  • Kyle Victor Skinner, age 31, of Pea Ridge Rd. in Bostic, was arrested for shoplifting. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Raheem Laqest Hampton, age 24, of Flack Rd. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Robin Lynn Moore, age 39, of Airline Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule IV. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Kevin Cody Willoughby, age 22, of Sterling Lane in Lake Lure, was arrested for possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Allison Mae Craft, age 28, of Sterling Lane in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $500 secured bond.
  • Jennifer Lynn Jaynes, age 29, of Horn Mill Rd. in Union Mills, was arrested for possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $500 secured bond.
  • Ellis Lyn Hill, age 27, of Horn Mill Rd. in Union Mills, was arrested for parole violation, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule VI and carrying a concealed weapon. He received a $5,500 secured bond.
  • Julie Nicole Moore, age 32, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Nicole Marie Ferrone, age 33, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
