Incidents

• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny and second degree trespassing.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and assault on a female.

Arrests

• Ashley Nicole Bailey, age 27, of Maryland St. in Spindale, was cited for larceny and second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
• Jesse Lee Terry, age 37, of Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Carl Daniel Womack, age 57, of Parmer St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for two counts of communicating threats. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Javier Jose Afanador, age 37, of US 221A in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and assault on a female. He received a $30,000 secured bond.
